If anybody would like I can show a demo of reflex/ obelisk the next time we meet.

TheMatten

That last demo was interesting - do you think we could have another chat where we would go deeper into design of Reflex app? Like talking a little bit more about general app structure and structure of it's components, and approaches to passing dynamics around and handling combination of static and dynamic configuration in encapsulated components

Kit Langton

Oh! This sounds very interesting. Are these video chats still going on?

TheMatten

I guess we just need to decide on some time of next call

Sridhar Ratnakumar

how about a call on ka? i can demo the app itself, in browser or as gtk+ app. uses reflex web, as well as reflex headless. FRP throughout.

Sridhar Ratnakumar

3PM or later EST in general.

Kit Langton

That sounds very cool

TheMatten

Next 3 days in that time should work for me

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Okay Friday or Saturday 3PM or 4PM? Pick one.

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Participants send me your GitHub ID, so I can give repo access (Matt is already added)

Sridhar Ratnakumar

This time I'd like to consider the option of recording the demo. Any ideas? Twitch?

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Maybe even live stream it ...

Kit Langton

Is that EST? My GitHub handle is @kitlangton :) Looking forward to it!

Sridhar Ratnakumar

As that's what I tweeted out, in case people outside Zulip wants to join

TheMatten

(Oops, sorry, removed)

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Next time, I should include one of those multi-zone calendar links. Would be cool if Jitsi link had that

TheMatten

Oh no - I missed EST and undestood it as UTC

TheMatten

(That's pretty late here)

Sridhar Ratnakumar

We can postpone then. What time is it there now?

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Well, that or - we can do a 2PM EST call.

Sridhar Ratnakumar

(And another at 4pm if other people join)

TheMatten

If it won't be too much of a hassle - I mean, it's my problem that I've misread this, and I can try to join the later one even though I'll probably only be able to stay shorter

TheMatten

Or is anyone else interested in separate call now, so that you don't have to do a separate one just for me?

Sridhar Ratnakumar

I think I'll stay in the 4pm call, regardless, because I sent out the tweet to the world. But we can start it officially at 3:30pm? I don't have a set plan to follow, so it won't be issue if I am to repeat somethings later. It is gonna be adhoc this time.

TheMatten

Ok - I can start anywhere from now till 4PM

Sridhar Ratnakumar

Let's do one ... in around 30 mins from now. Try spatial chat. And I'll do the Jitsi one at 4pm (assuming people join).
