Sir4ur0n, in #322, points out that Stackage LTS 15.0 doesn't feature polysemy-plugin, and I'm not sure why. I can't find any issue about it on the stackage repository. My guess is that it's accidental, as we should have been notified if there was any issue -- or at least, @Sandy Maguire should've been notified. As I have little experience in Stackage, I'm not certain how to go about this.

afaik if its' in the main build-constraints.yaml file on stackage head, it should have made it into the lTS
