animated emojis are non-optional (https://github.com/zulip/zulip/issues/13434 - I heard it's problem for some people, though I guess browser extension makes more sense in that case)
long topic names get cropped, breaking topic names containing links

I just realized what amazes me the most about the interface: browsing it feels like Vim, I navigate in normal mode, lens in on a topic with s, go to insert mode with r and then back to normal mode with c-cr and esc

I think think sometimes organic discussion is a little bit less "organic" in zulip
but... if it were me, today, and i had to choose between starting a community in zulip or slack, i would absolutely pick zulip
there is one other minor thing - I can't figure out how to (if it's possible) delete thumbnails when I post a link
